Riders, whose names appear hereon, understand that riding ATV's/UTV's may be hazardous and agree to accept full responsibility for
their own personal safety and well being.  Riders must carry their own medical/accident insurance, and agree to hold harmless Elko
ATV Jamboree, it's officers, all sponsors, contributors, land management agencies, leaders, volunteers and any others who help
organize or carry out this event.

We acknowledge that we have read, understand, and will adhere to the safety rules shown on the Elko ATV Jamboree website.  All
rules will be strictly enforced.
